Get in touch, we’ll talk through\u00a0how I can help and decide the best options for your event. Then I’ll\u00a0prepare a quotation based on your\u00a0needs and agenda.<\/p>\n

Briefing:<\/h5>\n

With the final programme\u00a0we’ll agree which sessions\u00a0I graphically\u00a0record as well as any key themes and hash tags for the event.<\/p>\n

On the Day<\/h2>\n

I arrive an hour before the event starts to prepare and set up.\u00a0I will need\u00a0a\u00a0large flat wall area or board with some space to move around,\u00a0where I can\u00a0see and hear the presenter clearly.<\/p>\n

Please introduce me, so that participants know what I’m doing in the room and how I’ll be contributing to their event. They are welcome to photograph and Tweet the graphics as they progress.<\/p>\n

We can display the completed\u00a0graphics as the event\u00a0progresses.<\/p>\n

After<\/h2>\n

I will take\u00a0the original graphic recordings to be scanned. I then optimise the images, they\u00a0will be\u00a0available in a range of sizes. This usually takes less than 7 days.<\/p>\n

After this time the originals can be returned to you, if you would like them. Some organisers send the original graphics of their sessions to the guest speakers, others like to display them in their offices.<\/p>\n

If you would like your graphic recordings\u00a0reformatted afterwards, specifically for use with powerpoint, as banners or posters I charge based on a hourly rate without an additional\u00a0image use fee.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
